Chief Strategy Officer

Michael began interning with Proforma at just 15 years old and has since been unwavering in his pursuit of knowledge, always striving to improve systems, drive innovation, and create impact. After graduating from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business, he joined Proforma full-time and quickly distinguished himself—progressing from Quality Assurance Manager to Product Manager, then Software Developer, and eventually Senior Director of Product Development.

Michael temporarily stepped away from Proforma to pursue his vision to create a product that leverages vision-language artificial intelligence technology to enhance the way consumers find and shop for retail products, and founded Shop Scout, Inc. Michael wrote all the software behind Scout, and under his leadership, the platform has delivered over one million dollars in savings to its users.

Following the acquisition of Scout, Michael returned to Proforma as Senior Vice President with renewed focus and insight. He was subsequently promoted to Chief Strategy Officer, where he played an integral role in shaping and executing the acquisition strategy for Safeguard, leading the successful integration of its people, and developing the roadmap for future growth within the Proforma Network.
